First, I want to say how much we like and appreciate Softworkz DNA. It is difficult to quantify just how much our revenues increase has been due to your product, but do know that our sales person has been thoroughly impressed with the number of site and workgroup licences that we have sold to customers who had previously only bought one or two copies. |
Our user's refrain of, "What, you mean we can't install our copy on five machines?," usually leads to a much larger sale. Our previous "honor system" just did not do the job. I also would like to say that we are thoroughly impressed with your web-interface and the ease with which we can find out what our customers have been doing and take care of their problems and concern.
