By signing up for our Referral Program it is understood that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions.

• Once your registration is approved, You can display and communicate your Referral Code to any interested software developer.
• The Referred Party must enter your Referral Code when signing up to software_DNA.
• When the Referred Party has paid a total of $500 of software_DNA Fees:
• A $100 credit of software_DNA Fees will be applied to the Referred Party software_DNA Account.
• If you are the Referring Party and are also a software_DNA software developer, a $100 credit of software_DNA Fees will be applied to your software_DNA Account.
• If you are the Referring Party and are not a software_DNA developer, we will pay you a $100 referral fee via PayPal.
• The credits, or credit and payment, will be applied to both Parties 60 days after payment of a total of $500 in software_DNA Fees by the Referred Party.
• The software_DNA Account credits will be applied to future software_DNA Fees.
