WEB_SendEvalCode() API

Sends an Evaluation License Code to the Email Address provided by the User.

The request will be screened based on the Email Address or the <MachineID> such that only one Evaluation License Code will be issued per Email Address or <MachineID>.

If a <DEVICE_ID> is not provided, an Email address must be provided by the User.

The value of Request.ServerVariables["HTTP_USER_AGENT"]. Will be used to determine DNA_Platform and DNA_ComputerName.
