WEB_EvaluateNow() API

Gets an Evaluation License Code from the DNA Server and immediately activates the application.

The request will be screened based on the <DEVICE_ID> if provided, or on the <Email> provided such that only one Evaluation License Code will be issued per <DEVICE_ID> or <Email>.
